When the staff from Canyon View Surgery Center contact you to confirm your appointment, they will discuss the financial aspect of the surgery including the patient payment required at the time of service and/or before a patient arrives at our facility.  We provide a convenient online bill pay system to assist in developing a payment plan.   Please bring a credit card or other method of payment with you to your surgical appointment.
